Entry Criteria
Programme Requirements
The Elite Programme is by invitation only. Entry is based on the following criteria:
- Technical Ability: Minimum green belt level (or equivalent experience)
- Commitment: Ability to attend 3+ training sessions per week
- Competition Experience: Previous competition experience or strong desire to compete
- Age: Typically 12+ years (younger athletes considered based on ability)
- Attitude: Dedication, discipline, and willingness to push limits
